Great company overall and I’m very happy with the finished result. The team were professional, polite and clearly knew what they were doing from the first visit through to completion. They explained the work properly, gave helpful advice, and the quality of the finished job is very good.
There were a few delays and the project did run over the original timescale, which was a little frustrating at the time. However, communication was generally good and they did keep me updated as things progressed. The most important thing is that the work was completed to a high standard, everything was left tidy afterwards, and the end result looks excellent.
I would still recommend them to other customers, especially for anyone looking for a reliable local company that takes pride in its work. The timing could have been better, but the workmanship, attitude and final finish were strong enough for me to leave a positive review. Overall, a very good experience and a solid 4 stars.
